i have been meaning to clean up my son's toy shelves for awhile..they were just a jumbled up mess! they look so nice now! we'll see how long it lasts!

i got my new camera yesterday and listed a bunch of amigurumi on etsy..but first i want to show this pic of my son. it came out very cute and believe me he is hard to get a picture of!

amigurumi progress....

hi all, just an update on the progress of amigurumi making.. i have 1 bear who is purple and wears a green scarf, a white cat with blue eyes, a brown cat with green eyes and a mixed brown/tan/green cat with green eyes.
i am hoping to get a new camera friday or saturday so hopefully these will be up soon! huggs!

sad....

my camera is broken... i cannot do anything about it for at least a week..so nothing new for etsy, flickr or blog...sigh. i guess when i finally resolve the problem i'll have many new things to show.. will be posting text entries with what i'm working on. i am working on amigurumi cats presently....ttfn

we went to do just a bit of shopping this weekend. i got myself a tag punch so now i can make my own tags for the amigurumi and other softies. also got a steven king book to read..firstarter. this is the first one i've ever read..although my mom is an avid fan! also the newest selvedge magazine..an expensive treat! very interesting issue with alot about dolls!

mikey recently got a few new shirts that i think are especially cute. he got these two blue and gren ones from old navy. one is a striped polo..the other is a linen button up shirt. also got him this mr. messy shirt from target...and i'll tell you..mikey is VERY messy!

mikey's lunch

i think i'll try to post pics of mikey's lunch a couple times a week. today he is taking purple cabbage, sunflowers seeds, cooked carrots, turkey,rice cakes and juice for lunch..i ordered him two bento boxes today to put his lunches in.. will post pics when they arrive!

AUTISM AWARENESS DAY

today is autism awareness day.. this is important to our family since my only child has autism. the numbers keep growing everyday.. my son will be 5 in may and doesn't speak. i pray that someday they will know the exact cause of autism and also a cure!
