gluten free cake

mikey used to be on the gluten free diet and although he now eats gluten we try to limit it. and he is dairy free. so i made him this new betty crocker gluten free cake today. they have 4 different gluten free mixes and they are about $4.00 which while it is expensive.. it is less than other gluten free mixes.






and i decorated it with these natural coloring sugars since mikey likes sprinkles. happy weekend!
