the box

when we were in st joseph michigan, i visited the cute little antique stores there. i saw a very pretty celluloid collar box. i really wanted it but i was trying to save my money cause i knew we'd be going to more places.. well when i went back the next day it was gone! very disappointing! i saw a few at the other antique stores.. but they were pretty expensive. so ever since then, i've been looking at them on ebay. i bid on a few.. but got outbid. finally i saw this one! which was just listed as a glove box. but it does have the celluloid top. beautiful paper covering and the cutest decoupaged colonial couple! the inside is pink satiny fabric. all in all it is in good condition and i got it at a very good price! love it!
