i don't bake much because of mikey's no dairy diet. it can be difficult to adjust recipes sometimes. but i do try to make him cake twice or three times a month and i made him these fudge crinkles cookies today. they use cake mix..so i use dunkan hines which is dairy free. i put valentine sprinkles on some of them. daddy doesn't care for sprinkles..lol

I miss making cookies! My kids always force me to make some. I hope I can have some time to make some for them.
