i finished this little amigurumi bunny named ben this morning. i think he turned out pretty cute. i think i am finally happy with the ears. i have been trying different ears for awhile. i think i will stick with these now.

this weeks thrift store finds

i am a thrift store junkie.. so whenever i find anything.. from now on it will be a weekly post! these are last saturday's finds. a vintage figurine.. the painting is really nice.. 50 cents! a milk glass pot..very pretty design of flowers and love the scalloped footed bottom.. .75 cents! and last a cute little vintage doll who i am very sure is cosmopolitan ginger and she was only 1.00!
so i spent a whopping $2.25! hehe.. love thift store shopping!

eleven shoes

i was thrilled this morning to discover that see kai run has introduced a new line of larger sized shoes called eleven! see kai run baby shoes were our favorites for mikey when he was little! so i immediately ordered a pair for him.. these ones are called trainers.. aren't they cute! can't wait to get them! if i like them i will likely order another pair. go see the website here... http://www.elevencollection.com/about.php

i have been making dolly hats and outfits again lately. recently i've made things for strawberry shortcake, fantasy doll kemi, petite blythe and jun planning ai.

mikey and his new scooter!

yesterday we went to buy mikey a scooter. he can't seem to learn how to pedal so we thought we'd try this.. first he sat down on it like a ride on baby toy! then he stood on it and jumped and a few times he actually did scoot. it will need more practice for sure but he seemed to like it!

ever since i saw a little elephant made by mumka on a fellow bloggers site i was in love.. well i finally got one! a custom pink elephant just for me! meet ellie! she is just the sweetest elephant ever! i love the dot fabric that lines her ears and feet!
and look at the beautiful packaging and goodies she brought with! draw string bag, tiny crocheted mouse, kiwi tart, lavender sachet, adoption certificate, tiny clothes pin, note, stickers and blanket.
i am blown away by ellie's cuteness and all of her goodies! thank you so much mumka!
