worked on this last night during lost. finished it this morning. i used canvas, paint, paper, glitter, felt, buttons, ink, stamps, and gems. i think i'll keep this one cause 1t's not quite perfect.

snail mail.

got a bit of snail mail.. well these are from the last two weeks i guess.

this little wooden cutie is from pieforblackbirds on etsy. you use her to wind up your embroidery floss. i am always using black.. so that's what she'll hold for me. love the little pin and cupcake tag too!

i founds some beautiful things!




i could not resist this beautiful hat! it has several different millinery flowers including those cute yellow pompoms.




and it came from downtown chicago.



i could not believe it when i found this gorgeous celluloid box! and it was a very reasonable price too!



the roses are so pretty! the background is slightly metallic.



on the inside is written given to mary paterson? age 13 dec 25th 1905 from ??? and papa. i must say she took excellent care of it! it probably had a brush, comb and mirror originally.



and i can't hardly go anywhere without buying buttons! some pretty plastic ones.

mikey's 7th birthday!

mikey had a very nice birthday party! and he loved the balloons and cake! that giggly girl is my little goddaughter.
happy birthday mikey! we love you!

mother's day gift.

mikey bought this cameo for my during our trip! isn't it pretty! it came with the chain. thank you mikey!

on the last day mikey used his own tube for the lazy river. the other days we used a double tube. he did great all by himself!
