valentines and reading
i love valentines day. all the roses, and hearts, and pink and red, and chocolate! one of my favorite holidays! so i got two new vintage valentines for my collection. i have been looking for ones that are marie antoinette-ish...
this little lady has that marie kind of look..don't you think?
and a cute little poem.
and i love this little hanging one! very marie-ish! will be looking for a few more!
also i finished reading the girl who kicked the hornets nest. i could read about lisbeth salander all day. too bad there are no more books! so now i am reading this one that was given to me. it's ok so far...but not a "can't put it down" type..not yet at least.

i took 2 days for my husband to get the car out! so he missed 2 days of work. dressed mikey up so he could go take a look. he didn't know what to think and came back in after a few minutes. not much to show you otherwise this week since on tuesday i came down with a cold. still not 100% better but hopefully soon! huggs!

january sister swap
this month the theme was victorian. and my sister found some really pretty and whimsical victorian things!
sweet flower stickers. and distress ink which i've been wanting to try.
aren't those bird cage rub-ons the cutest!? and the chipboard frames and pearl jewels are so pretty!
ad this paper stack is so pretty and very victorian. soft muted pastels with lace, flowers and some glittery accents. i love it!
she also picked up these plates from target's dollar section for me since i couldn't find them. aren't they cute? thank you amy! you always find the prettiest things for me! hope you loved your january things too! love u!
